Database Course Setup

Your department will need to nominate the course and submit a proposal to Academic Affairs.

Students placed at an academic internship site must complete the following forms:

  • Academic Internship Learning Plan
  • Academic Internship Release of Liability
  • Visual Audio Image Release Form

You will need to submit the following forms:

  • (NEW community partners ONLY)
  • (Must have employer’s signature)
  •  (Must be completed by student, signed by supervisor, and approved by academic dept.)
PLEASE NOTE: For non-academic internship contact the Career Center - Handshake.

The internship database is found in BroncoSERV website.

 must be completed to begin a formal campus partnership. CCE will review requests according to the university’s academic internship policy. Once the request is approved by CCE, the Partner Agreement will be sent directly from CCE to the partner. Please note the review process may take 2-3 weeks at the beginning of the semester due to high volumes of activity. It is best to submit the request 4-6 weeks prior to the start of the term.
