Sheree C. Mooney is an instructor at The Collins College of Hospitality Management at ²©88ÑÇÖÞ. She joined the faculty of Collins College of Hospitality Management in Winter 2015. She specializes in the culinary field teaching the leading laboratory experience, The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch, a student-operated, open to the public, full-service restaurant.

Chef Mooney is the Culinary Lead Judge for ProStart, a high school culinary competition at the state with California Restaurant Association Foundation and at nationals with National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

Chef Mooney earned a Master of Arts with an emphasis in Career and Technical Education from California State University, San Bernardino and Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from ²©88ÑÇÖÞ.

Prior to ²©88ÑÇÖÞ, Chef Mooney work in various food and beverage operations including Father’s Office - gastropub, Lukshon - Asian fusion fine dining, Craft Los Angeles – upscale steakhouse. During her time at SPQR - modern Italian fine dining, she assisted with the publication of the restaurants cookbook and achieve a Michelin Star.
