HEERA/Reports-to Update Form
- A single employee, multiple employees, or an entire department is to report to the same HEERA Manager.
- If employees are to report to different HEERA Managers, each reporting arrangement requires a separate form.
This form is exclusively for updating HEERA for Staff or MPP positions. It is not applicable to Faculty or Student positions.
