"Women's Rights Are Human Rights"

The Women’s Rights Are Human Rights exhibition will be on display at the Huntley Gallery starting February 20, 2025. The exhibition features posters created by both men and women, celebrating the vital role all citizens play in protecting and promoting human rights. These works challenge gender inequality and stereotypes, advocate for reproductive and sexual rights, protect women and girls from violence, and promote women’s empowerment, education, and participation in society.

Curated by Elizabeth Resnick, Professor Emerita of Graphic Design at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, the exhibition argues for gender equality and the elimination of discrimination against women and girls. Through a collective visual voice, these posters encourage reflection, responsibility, and action in the fight for women’s rights.
