Starting from August 15, 2025, health insurance is provided by UnitedHealthcare for ²©88ÑÇÖÞ students. Please visit the website to purchase the insurance plan, and view the benefits. Please follow the instructions below:

• Choose "Medical - Low Student Only Plan", and click "Explore Policy". 
• If you don't have a U.S. address at the time when you purchase the health insurance plan, please use ²©88ÑÇÖÞ's address (3801 West Temple Avenue, Pomona, CA) & zip code (91768) to make the purchase. You may change the address and zip code information when you have a U.S. address later.
• Create an account and login in.
• Select "Semester@CPP Program" under "What insurance category best describes you?"
• Select specific dates that you want to be covered by the health insurance plan. Please note that you must have coverage throughout your whole stay in the U.S. (from day one to the last day before your departure).
• Provide your personal information and proceed with making the payment.

International students are REQUIRED to purchase this health insurance plan for each semester that they attend Semester@CPP.
