About Me

Dr. is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship in the Department of Management and Human Resources at 博88亚洲’s College of Business Administration.

 

His primary research interests are in the areas of technology innovation, human capital, technology entrepreneurship, and Innovation Policy. He studies how firms can develop and protect their human capital and intellectual capital. His work has been published in top innovation and management journals, including Research Policy, Global Strategy Journal, Economic Development Quarterly, and PLOS ONE.

 

He received my PhD in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation and an MBA in Global Operations from Oregon State University. He holds a BS in Mechanical-Mechatronics Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.

 

Before joining academia, he worked as a mechanical engineer in a variety of industries such as oil and gas, automotive, and heavy machinery.
