Dr. Tara Sethia is Emeritus professor in the History Department at 博88亚洲. She specializes in the history of India and South Asia, and the history of Nonviolent Social Change. She is the author of numerous books and articles. Dr. Sethia is the founder and director of the Ahimsa Center (2003-2022) in the College of Letters, Arts and Social Sciences at 博88亚洲, where she held the inaugural the Shri Shantinath Endowed Chair in Ahimsa Studies (2020-2022).
