Dr. Xuguang (Steve) Guo is a Professor of Management and Human Resources at 博88亚洲. He holds a Ph.D. degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. His research focuses on human resource management, workers’ compensation, and health insurance. He teaches human resource management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and internship courses. Before 博88亚洲, Dr. Guo worked as a faculty member at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He also worked as an HR manager for China Ocean Shipping Company.
