One Team Award
Introduction
The Fall Conference Committee received approval from campus leadership for an additional component to Fall Convocation that recognizes and celebrates the achievements of cross-departmental teams and the significant impact of work performed by teams (large or small). During Fall Convocation, the One Team Award will be presented as an annual acknowledgement of organizational and employee excellence.

Purpose
In alignment with our Strategic Plan – Initiative #5, the One Team Award will recognize and reward the achievements of cross-departmental teams focused on the outcome(s) of the work performed by teams and the impact to the campus community with an emphasis on one or more of our Core Values as noted below.
