Interlibrary Loan Services

FAQ

Interlibrary Loan is a free service offered to current ²©88ÑÇÖÞ students, faculty, staff, and emeriti to obtain library materials that are not available at CPP University Library.  

Interlibrary loan provides the following services: 

  • CSU+is a consortium program that allows all 23 CSU libraries, as well as select participating libraries outside the CSU, to exchange library resources. 
  • ILLiad is a service that allows the patron to obtain library material not available in our collection or CSU+. This service will automatically search for availability in other public and academic libraries located within the United States or internationally.  

After logging into , users can request books, articles, and other material from the Get It from another library request link.  Direct requests for items not discovered in OneSearch can be made by utilizing the

Interlibrary Loan requests will not be processed for patrons with a delinquent status with the library or whose ID has expired. 

 

Notification and Status of Requests   

When requesting Loan material from any of our services you will receive an email notification when your items are ready to be picked up at the Circulation Desk. Please bring your Bronco ID for identification to check out.

Returning Materials 

You may return items inside the Library at the Circulation Desk during . There are two book drops on campus where you are welcome to return library materials. Please note, it takes longer to retrieve and process items in the book drops. If your item is close to the due date, we recommend returning it at the 2nd Floor Circulation Desk.

Library materials may also be mailed back to the Interlibrary Loan department at the user's expense to the following address:

Return items on or before the due date.  To maintain good relationships with other libraries, it is very important that material we borrow from other libraries be returned on time. Library privileges will be suspended for users with overdue items.

Please do not remove the identifying strap from the book cover.
