About the Program
The PolyTransfer Advantage Program is for prospective students who have an interest in transferring to ²©88ÑÇÖÞ (CPP). Our program believes in facilitating and supporting the transfer process by creating intentional intersegmental support and infrastructure for underserved community college students as they transfer out to baccalaureate granting institutions.
PolyTransfer Advantage Summer Program
Applications Now Open!
Join us from July 10–12 at ²©88ÑÇÖÞ, for our three-day, two-night program! The Advantage Summer Program is designed for prospective transfer students to explore the admissions process, connect with campus resources, and discover academic and career pathways. Meals, lodging, and parking are fully covered. Apply by June 20 to secure your spot!
Program Resources
Workshops topics include the benefits of an Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT), an overview of the CSU application, how to best navigate Assist.org, types of financial aid, peer mentorship, and participating in our summer academy.
