Mindfulness Mondays

Mindfulness Monday’s is a 30-minute biweekly mindfulness session held in collaboration with ²©88ÑÇÖÞ's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).

The workshops are designed to have participants start their week off calm, focused, and aware. Activities include, journaling, art, sound therapy, and meditation.
