Counseling and Psychological Services is committed to helping our campus partners with consultation on mental health topics during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. thru 4:30 p.m.) by telephoning us at (909) 869-3220 or via e-mail at caps@cpp.edu. Due to the confidential nature of clinical care provided at Counseling and Psychological Services, identifiable personal information will not be shared over the telephone or via e-mail. Please refer to our Crisis Assistance from Faculty, Staff, and Families if you are concerned about a student's emotional wellbeing.

Often you might have a need for support, resources, information, or community that is best provided by one of our many fellow campus departments. You are welcome to explore these resources further at your leisure, or one of our counselors may refer you to them during an appointment.

The Care Center is the first place for students who are of concern or in distress. The Care Center provides resources (both on and off campus) for housing, financial need, food, clothing assistance, case management, academic, and advocacy and support services.
Survivor Advocacy Services: www.cpp.edu/survivoradvocacy
Survivor Advocacy Services provides confidential support, prevention education, and promotes advocacy for individuals impacted by sexual violence, dating/domestic abuse, and stalking in the 博88亚洲 community.
University Police Department: www.cpp.edu/police
UPD is a full-service, sworn police agency that operates 24 hours a day, year round. The department provides law enforcement, emergency response, conducts criminal investigations, offers crime prevention and educational programs, support for special events, and a range of other services. The department oversees the University's compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations and CSU System policies. Part of this compliance includes overseeing reports and investigations of prohibited conduct. Please visit their site for detailed information.

The department is an ambulatory care facility (you have to be able to walk in on your own) offering visits with medical providers by appointment or through Acute Care for non-life-threatening sudden accidents or injuries.

Provides accommodations and support services to students with disabilities to ensure equal or equivalent access and opportunity to all campus programs, services, and activities whether they are curricular or co-curricular.

The Registrar's Office serves students and the campus community by providing quality service that facilitates enrollment, retention, and degree completion while maintaining accurate academic records for the University. CalPolyPomona's general academic advising center available to all students. Bronco Advising Center answers questions about general academic advising, academic records, class registration, financial aid, student accounting, and graduation.

The office of Financial Aid and Scholarships provides students with the financial resources and related services necessary to achieve their educational goals. We are committed to providing accurate, user-friendly, responsive, and respectful service to students and their families. We administer federal, state, and university aid and scholarship programs in accordance with applicable policies and regulations while striving to be an innovative and service-minded department. We also provide outreach and access services in collaboration with other university departments in the community.

EOP continues to operate today as the University's first and most comprehensive post-secondary access and equity program. Established in 1969, the program serves low-income, typically first-generation students, who demonstrate the motivation and potential to succeed in college.

A Division of Student Affairs department made up of six unique Cultural and Identity Centers at CalPolyPomona. T.R.E.E. empowers students toward success through engagement, leadership development, and diversity enrichment.
Bronco Dreamers Resource Center: www.cpp.edu/broncodreamers
Also known as Undocumented Students Services, the center serves students who come from mixed-status families, TPS, refugee status, and undocumented with or without DACA. Services extend to all in the Bronco undocumented community. Offers students, faculty, and staff support through the various services and resources which include: student programs, free legal services, liaison and partner linkage, campus and community resources. .

CalPolyPomona offers Lactation Stations for both students and employees. ll rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis for all faculty, staff, and students. Our spaces are private, safe, and clean with a place to sit, place your belongings, and access to plug in your electric devices. Please contact the office where the lactation room is located to make a reservation.

The Veterans Resource Center was established to support the personal and academic success of Cal Poly Pomona's military affiliated students. The center serves as a central resource for information, support, guidance, and community.

The vision for Conflict Resolution Services and Ombuds is an accessible entry point for all community members (faculty, staff and students) at all levels of the university with a dual purpose of listening/providing guidance as well as building the capacity of individuals and groups to navigate and resolve conflicts through the deliberate practices involved in building community.
