Below, you will find important dates and deadlines for application submissions, room selection, payment due dates, and more. Be sure to mark your calendars and check back regularly for updates!

| February 28, 2025 | $450 Initial Payment or Deferment Form Available on the Housing Portal (must complete this step to be eligible for room assignments) |
| February 28, 2025 | View potential roommates in the Housing Portal and create roommate groups (Optional) |
| April 28, 2025 | Roommate Group Deadline to create, add or join a group |
| May 1, 2025 | Intent to Enroll Deadline (must pay with campus and sign up for an orientation date to be elible for housing) |
| May 15, 2025 | Initial Housing Payment Deadline to be considered for Room Selection |
| June | Room selection timeslots and process details to students; after room selection process is complete, UHS will assign students to any remaining available spaces |
| July 6, 2025 | Last day to cancel Fall Room assignment without financial penalties |
| Mid July 2025 | Room Change Request Form Closes (for assigned students) |
| Mid July 2025 | Fall Move-In Appointments Open (for assigned students) |
| July 28, 2025 | Fall Housing Fees Posted on Bronco Direct |

Summer Application
There are three Summer Sessions available during the Summer 2025 term. Please review the Summer session dates, cancellation deadlines, and payment due dates.
The Summer Housing Application is now available on the Housing Portal. Please review the deadline associated to your term session to cancel without financial penalties.

All Summer housing fees will be posted to Bronco Direct. Students must pay in full by the payment due date.
